Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the guidelines and rules for using Undema's websites, services and resources (collectively referred to as "Services").
We may, at any time and without notice, suspend or terminate your Account or your access to the Services if you engage in activities that violate the letter or spirit of this AUP, including activities outside of your use of the Services.
Undema has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or investigate any use of the Services at any time for compliance with this AUP and the Undema Terms of Service , or any other agreement between you and Undema governing your use of the Services (collectively, the “Terms”).
Our determination of whether a violation of this AUP has occurred will be final and binding, and any action taken with respect to enforcing this AUP, including taking no action at all, will be at our sole discretion.
Undema may modify this AUP, including the list of Forbidden Activities, and Items, at any time. By continuing to use the Services or access your Account after a revised version of the AUP has been posted, you agree to comply with the latest version of the AUP. In the event of a conflict between the AUP and the Terms, this AUP will take precedence, but only to the extent required to resolve such conflict. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this AUP shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms.
Failure to comply with this AUP may result in the termination of your access to our Services and, where necessary, legal action.
1. Forbidden Activities
The following activities are strictly forbidden when using our Services:
- Illegal activities: You may not offer goods or services, or post or upload materials, that contravene or that facilitate or promote activities that contravene, the laws of the jurisdictions in which you operate or do business.

- Terrorist organizations: You may not offer goods or services, or post or upload materials, that imply or promote support or funding of, or membership in, a terrorist organization.
- Sexually Explicit Services: Offering or promoting sexually explicit services or content, such as escort services, adult webcam shows, or similar activities, is prohibited.
- Pornographic Content: The posting, sharing, or promotion of explicit adult content, including but not limited to pornography, sexually explicit images, videos, or other adult materials, is strictly prohibited.
- Child Exploitation: Any form of child exploitation, including child pornography or related activities, is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

The following items are strictly forbidden when using our Services:

- Endangered Species and Wildlife Products: The sale of items made from endangered species or wildlife products, including ivory, certain furs, and items that contribute to the illegal wildlife trade, is strictly forbidden.
- Counterfeit or Pirated Goods: The sale of counterfeit products, including counterfeit fashion items, electronics, software, media, and any other counterfeit items, is not allowed.
- Sexual Products: The sale, distribution, or advertisement of sexual products, including adult toys, or related items, is not allowed.
- Products Harmful to Human Health: Any items that are known to pose a threat to human health, such as items that have been recalled for safety reasons.
- Drugs: all drugs are forbidden, even if the laws of the jurisdictions in which you operate or do business allow them.
- Alcoholic beverage: Alcoholic beverages, also known as adult beverages, alcoholic drinks, strong drinks, or simply drinks, are drinks that contain ethanol, a type of alcohol that acts as a drug and is produced by fermentation of grains, fruits, or other sources of sugar. We do not allow the sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages to maintain a safe and responsible environment. Statistics show that the consumption of alcohol can have significant health, safety, and legal implications, and we aim to uphold the well-being of our users and the community by prohibiting such items.
- Tobacco and Smoking Products: This category includes cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes), Chicha, and all related smoking products. The sale or distribution of these items is strictly prohibited due to the well-documented health risks associated with tobacco and smoking products. Smoking is a leading cause of preventable diseases and can have detrimental health effects on both users and those exposed to secondhand smoke. We aim to uphold the well-being of our users and the community by prohibiting these products.
- Items Harmful to Animals: This includes products designed to cause harm to animals, such as illegal animal traps.
- Items Harmful to Environment: Any products or practices that are harmful to the environment, including illegal logging or the sale of invasive plant species.
